Collect parcels in seconds at over 5,000 InPost Lockers across the UK.

If you have chosen InPost Lockers as your delivery option at checkout, your order will automatically link to your profile in the InPost app, where you can keep an eye on its progress - the app will even send an alert if you are near the InPost Locker where your parcel is being held.

Once your parcel arrives at your chosen InPost Locker, we’ll notify you through the app. When you’re at the locker, there’s no need to enter or scan your QR code, simply click ‘open locker remotely’ in the app and the compartment will open. Collect and enjoy!

Quick & Easy Tracking
The easy-to-use real time tracking service will enable you to keep an eye on your parcel’s journey and push notifications will keep you informed every step of the way. Click ‘Parcel Tracking’ and add in your details - easy!

Any parcel which has been delivered and has been tracked in the app will move to the Parcel archive, enabling the tracking information to be available even after the journey has been completed.
